Andewa lives in Urudi Ratta, a rural village in Kisumu County. A husband, father of four, and long-time resident, he had recently moved into a new home. Like many in the region, his land sat largely unused, and home improvement felt like a distant dream.<\/p>\n
That changed the day he visited the home of a local CHE trainer. <\/strong><\/p>\n The neat compound, thoughtful layout, and visible signs of faith and intentional living stirred something within him.<\/p>\n He didn\u2019t just admire the changes\u2014he wanted to learn.<\/p>\n Andewa invited the trainers to visit his own home and even mobilized his neighbors for an awareness meeting. In the months that followed, a beautiful shift began. He cleared and cultivated the fallow land near his house, planting vegetables for family use and for sale. He began investing in physical improvements around his home. Most strikingly, he developed a deep hunger for the Word of God.<\/p>\n Today, Andewa isn\u2019t just implementing what he learned\u2014he\u2019s helping others do the same. He\u2019s become a local champion of the \u201cHealthy Homes\u201d campaign, encouraging his neighbors toward cleanliness, nutrition, and spiritual growth.<\/strong><\/p>\n This is what wholistic transformation looks like. When local leaders see what\u2019s possible, they don\u2019t just change their own lives\u2014they begin to multiply change around them.
