Love must show up in the tone we use, the patience we extend, and the grace we give\u2014especially when mistakes happen.\u00a0<em>It reminded Christina of a verse she\u2019d heard before but never lived into fully: \u201cA gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger\u201d (Proverbs 15:1).<\/em><\/p>\n<p>It was a turning point.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWhen my son came home with a zero, I stayed calm,\u201d she shared. \u201cI didn\u2019t yell. I spoke with kindness. And for the first time in a long time, I felt proud\u2014not of his grade, but of my response.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>This wasn\u2019t just about managing emotions. It was about transformation.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Since then, Christina\u2019s parenting style has shifted. Her home is more peaceful. Her relationships are stronger. And she\u2019s not on this journey alone.
