At Heartwood Community Church, we believe in walking alongside one another through every season of life. Our Care Ministry exists to support, encourage, and uplift individuals and families facing challenges, offering hope and healing through Christ-centered care.
How We Care
We offer a variety of care ministries to support our church family and community, including:
- Pastoral Care & Counseling – Our pastors and trained care team are available to provide biblical counsel, prayer, and encouragement for those experiencing personal, relational, or spiritual struggles.
- Prayer Ministry – Whether you need prayer for yourself or a loved one, our prayer team is here to intercede on your behalf.
- Support Groups – We provide safe spaces for individuals facing grief, addiction, divorce, or other life challenges to find community, healing, and guidance.
- Benevolence Assistance – For those experiencing financial hardship, we offer practical assistance and connections to local resources.
- Hospital & Home Visits – Our care team visits those who are hospitalized, homebound, or in assisted living to offer comfort and prayer.
